Our story

Built around your team.

Dagrander began in 2019, built around an idea we'd seen work in practice and rarely seen on the shelf: a consultancy that sits inside the brand's team rather than around it. The kind of partner relationship where the agency knows what's in the calendar that week, not just what's in the next milestone.

That's still the shape of every engagement. We embed alongside your in-house team, share a Slack channel, sit in the standups, take ownership of the things you don't have time to think about, and hand the rest back cleanly. We come in to make your team faster, not to replace anyone.

Most of our work is on Shopify Plus, in Klaviyo, and on the integrations between them. We've spent years in this lane, which means we already know where most of the wires are buried. Every engagement still starts with questions: what you've tried, what's broken, what you're trying to grow. The recommendation comes after.

And we stay. Most of our partnerships run for years. We turn down work we know we can't do well, and we stay past launch on every engagement we take. The brand you hire today is the brand you'll still be working with years from now. Same team, same standards, same phone number.
