Accepting these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What this site is, and what it isn’t
This is a marketing website. It exists so you can learn what we do, see how we work, and decide whether to start a conversation with us. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter a binding agreement, a guarantee of results, or legal, financial, or technical advice tailored to your business.
Sending a message through the contact form doesn’t create an engagement, a retainer, or a contract between you and Dagrander Inc. We might reply, ask a few follow-up questions, suggest a different fit, or not respond at all. That back and forth is how we figure out whether the work is a match, and none of it is governed by this page.
When we agree to work together, the engagement is governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work signed by both sides. Those documents (not this page) define scope, fees, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality, and everything else that matters in a working relationship.
Site content and intellectual property
The content on this site (text, code samples, photography, and brand marks) belongs to Dagrander Inc. or our licensors. You’re welcome to read it, link to it, and quote from it with attribution. Copying, republishing, or repurposing substantial portions requires our written agreement first.
No warranties
We provide this site as-is. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that the content is free from error, that the site is always available, or that it’s fit for any particular purpose. You use the site at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dagrander Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. If a court finds we’re liable for something tied to this site, our total liability is capped at one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dagrander Inc. is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. The “Last updated” date below tells you when the current version took effect.
